I have been working in the customer service field since 2001 when I first began as representative on the phone promoting the sales of business newsletters to organization and moving my way up through the ranks to manager of the call center in 2009. Duties included training & motivating my employees to be the best they could be in order to achieve their goals and promote the company.
From working in the call center I moved on to working for a Durable Medical Equipment Company in 2018 where I work to make our patients daily life much more enjoyable.
From verifying insurance to fulfilling prescription and reviewing all medical documentation to assure everything is in order for insurance coverage. Also relating all that information to Doctors when necessary.
Also handle all questions a patient may have and give all and any options that may correct their need.
