Created a high-performing software team developing a FinOps application that let you manage your cloud spend on any of the four major Cloud Providers: AWS, Azure, GCP and OSI. I successfully influenced our worldwide teams to shape this product as a certified Scrum Master. I am also certified in SaFE methodologies as we have teams all over the world. I worked very closely with Product Management to optimize what our team would deliver.

I was also the people manager for a team of 10 engineers. I am proud to say that we has very low turnover in the last 11 years. I am an experienced leader and know how to mentor and create a high-performing software team.

My team was excellent at working together to deliver very high quality software on time. Our product was built using a microservice architecture which allowed us to make big changes quickly. We were the leaders in the company with test automation and secure software development.

My team worked on various IT management tools as part of the HP Software ITOM business. We weren't using Scrum at this time, but were doing iterative development.

I successfully led multi-disciplinary teams towards achieving project milestones while adhering to established budgets and timelines.

I enhanced team productivity by implementing iterative methodologies and improving communication between cross-functional teams.

I developed strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to enhance collaboration efforts on complex projects.
