Oversee all aspects of the VAS department. coordinating processes such as kitting, packaging, labeling, TIHI restack and building displays of customer's work order. I assign, train,and mentor staff; establish workflow and staffing plans based on production schedules and customer's requirement; monitor quality and enforce compliance with customer's specification and safety/regulatory standards. Also crossfunctionally with customer service teams and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow, timely shipping, and customer satisfaction that all work meets both internal standards and external customer's expectation are met.

Install and assemble interior components to vehicle including wiring harnesses, installation,and trim panels. Following standard rk instructions and safety procedures to insure proper fit, function, and quality of all installed parts. Utilized hand tools and pneumatic equipment to perform precise installation in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Collaborated with quality control to address and support continuous improvement efforts ensure all repairs meets Nissan's standards.
