I've had over 10 years of experience working in different office environments with Microsoft applications.

I use spreadsheets for my business to keep track of clients' preferences and income. I also use them for our home to track expenses and income as well as our budget.

While in college, we had extensive business training and our large project was to create a feasibility study for opening an animal care business. I created mine based on opening a petsitting business, and I went on to have three successful businesses in three different cities.

About Me

My family and I moved to this beautiful rural area in Arizona to get out of the city and enjoy nature. I've been looking for a meaningful remote work position.

I am a finisher and my supervisors and co-workers have consistently relied on me to complete my work with a high standard. I am known to be skilled at time management and I'm self-regulating and a disciplined self-starter. I have years of experience working positively with teams and constructively helping customers. Throughout the years, I received many letters at work commending my service and compassion from customers and clients and I go the extra mile whenever I can to help meet their goals. I'm excellent at meeting a frustrated or angry customer with calm respect and with the goal to solve their issue in the most reasonable way possible. I'm extremely thorough and detail-oriented, as well as level-headed and calm in the face of a challenge. Multitasking also comes very easily to me and I can do it with a lot of success. I've risen to a leadership position at many of the companies I've been with. I have been a quick learner at every position I've ever held and I'm extremely coachable.
