I have been teaching since 1995. I have mastered classroom management in all areas. My teaching skills are superb with demonstrating hands on, project based learning, as well as extensive knowledge with integrating today's technology. I have earned and received performance based pay for reaching all set goals in former teaching positions. Blessed to have the experience, high energy, and positive attitude that shines through and overflows to the students. This naturally motivates them to be their personal best. I truly enjoy teaching creative ways to connect to all ages and backgrounds , using real world diversity , that promotes learning and problem solving .

I am very knowledgeable in team building. It's important to me to lead by example , be professional, treat others with respect, be a great communicator, and demonstrate the mindset that we need to work using collaboration. I have implemented collaboration in teaching with students and with staff , it is an amazing way to reach for the stars. Building relationships and community in the classroom and the home /school connection is a big motivation for students/staff and makes everyone want to make the school and world a better place, It has always been my mission to help create and influence fun "hands on learning" in the classroom. I believe that excites students. Also, as a result this develops life long learners, that not only love school, but want to continue to feel motivated to engage. This grows connectivity, a sense of being, belonging, purpose, adds more value in education. Students develop and feel a greater drive, commitment, want and need to stay in school .
