• ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION PROCESS FOR DICENTRO SHOPPING CENTER:

The environmental registry was obtained for the economic activities and it was issued by the Environmental Department of Guayaquil city hall. Environmental compliance reports were issued. Likewise, environmental awareness campaigns and Presentations for integral waste management were carried out.

• ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION PROCESS FOR AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES:

According to the current Environmental Legislation. A total of 11 growers were regularized and the environmental certificate was obtained for activities

of "Sowing, Cultivation, and Harvesting Sugar Cane, located in the Guayas province".

• THE THESALIA SPRING COMPANY S.A.

A Forest Harvesting Plan was developed for the Project "The Tesalia Spring Company S.A.-Machachi Industrial Plan", the plan was approved by the Provincial Government of Pichincha.

• EL ORO PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT

Development of a program for the collection, storage, and final disposal of used oils and greases, used filters, solid materials impregnated with Hydrocarbon derivatives, and other hazardous waste generated in washing machines, lubricators, service stations, mechanical shops, and industries in the Province of El Oro.

• Delegate of Electroguayas Management Team for the technical commissions for contracting services for the Social and Environmental Management process, which includes acquiring chemical control equipment, environmental monitoring, hazardous waste management, and community action plan. Also responsible for the negotiation stage that takes place with the bidders, in contracting processes called "Electronic Reverse Auction." Processes planned annually: 07 / processes annually participated: 07.
• Contract administrator of the Social and Environmental Management process. Responsible for solving problems that may arise during the execution of the contract, as well as ensuring the correct execution of the contract always serving the best interests of the organization. Contract administration during the 9 years: 9 contracts.
• Member of the Technical Commission for the acquisition of continuous monitoring equipment. This equipment was installed in one of the plants to monitor chimney gas emissions and maintain daily logs continuously. This data was used to make decisions to implement measures to reduce, control, and eliminate sources of pollution.
• The technician responsible for the elaboration of technical specifications and project leader for the acquisition of an oily water treatment plant in one of the power generation plants. This equipment was installed to reduce the production of hazardous liquid waste that was typically disposed of by hazardous waste managers.
• Inspector of the contract for the remediation and cleaning of the fuel oil spill in the mangrove swamp located in the area of direct influence of the thermal power plant. Year of the event: October 2018.
• Leader of the National Monitoring and Inventory project of PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) of Electroguayas plants. For this project a baseline information survey was collected, dielectric oil samples were taken in the transformers and equipment and a qualitative analysis with the use of a Colorimetric Kit was completed. The information was reported to the Ministry of the Environment, Water and Ecological Transition.
• Member of the annual budget preparation team of the Social and Environmental Management process. Evaluated the needs and implementation costs of new projects.
• Implementation/coordination of the activities of the environmental management plan in the Thermal Power Plants of CELEC EP. Annual compliance rate: 100%.
• Planning - verification of environmental monitoring, and management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Communication and management with Environmental Control and Regulation Authorities, process management for obtaining environmental licenses and registers of hazardous waste generators, approval of environmental audits, and annual declarations of hazardous waste management.
• Preparation of reports for environmental authorities on compliance with the community program established in the area of direct influence of the power generation plants.
• Member of the group of internal auditors of CELEC EP ELECTROGUAYAS.
• Coordinate and direct environmental audits carried out by environmental, community, and internal control bodies.
