16. Ensure that the equipment used during the production in line with EHS Guidelines and local regulations.

17. Conduct accident investigation and action plan after each accident on the shop floor.

18. Train employees according to the company policy related to health safety and environment programs.

19. Ensure that all employees adhere to the performance program of the company and that they are aware of their responsibilities.

20. Ensure that materials required for production are available on the shop floor.

21. Manage Paycom and attendance to minimize impact on schedule adherence and financial deviations.

22. Work closely with Process Engineer to troubleshoot production process issues and Quality Assurance team to implement the total Quality management system on the shop floor.

23. Conduct and review 30,60,90 day performance evaluations for new Line leaders and Machine operators and periodic reviews for succession planning.

24. Identify and develop candidates who are exceeding in performance and company values and behaviors.

25. Drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements. Develop high performance of the process unit team to further drive productivity programs and increase motivation.

1. Collect accurate data for PRE,PROD and POST production.

2. Validate physical quantity of product,

3. Fill out Work Order printout immediately upon completion of production run.

4. Enter accurate data into information system.

5. Monitor and record Key Performance indicators (KPI).

6. Monitor and record time and attendance.

7. Work with Quality Assurance team to implement the Total Quality Management system on the shop floor.

8. Lead the quality audit of products at the sub-process level.

9. Ensure that materials required for production are avaible on public portal.

10. Assign Direct Labor ( Machine Operator) resources to specific workstations.

11. Ensure the DL comply with hourly routing.
