- Relevant experience: Over 7 years of experience in education and student support roles, including classroom teaching, curriculum development, and leadership

My approach to education and professional development is rooted in creating personalized learning experiences that nurture educators' potential, balancing content knowledge with pedagogical skills and social-emotional development, utilizing innovative teaching methods to increase engagement and impact, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address holistic educational needs.
I am particularly proud of my ability to adapt to diverse educational environments, navigate complex and sensitive situations with compassion and sound judgment, integrate current events and real-world applications into professional development experiences, and build trust and rapport with educators from various backgrounds.
