• Monitors internal reports for new parts needing pricing and quickly work to obtain a competitive price from a reliable source.
• Send out Request for Quote inquiries and obtain all relevant information (drawings, specifications, work plans) internally from the technical departments

Assist Resident with activities of daily living. Access with medical needs and provide a care plan. Monitor medications and prepare meals. Help with housekeeping and provide transportation as needed.

• Lead multiple contracts of varying types by developing plans, budgets, and schedules to meet project requirements.
• Create, maintain, and updated monthly forecast budgets and conduct variance analysis of actual versus budget and forecast.
• Formulate solutions to ensure timely project delivery, including reviewing contracts/proposals and accounts payable/account receivables, tracking costing, preparing reports, and participating in management reviews.
• Define and develop agreements, the scope of work, goals, and deliverables to assist in reaching the timeliness and quality of each project. Coordinate and deliver progress reports on the stages of manufacturing and production to the client.
• Perform financial analysis to quantify final costs and profits. Develop or maintain strategies to achieve established objectives
  

• Spearheaded the Integrated Products Division and oversaw the identification, costing, setting up Bill of Materials, and
  technical compliance of material acquired for the division’s manufacturing and engineering.
• Entering Purchase orders in the Material Resource Planning system.
• Formulated, executed, and maintained reports for the management attached to tracking existing and incoming inventories,unbilled sales orders, and material costs or other related expenditures.
