- Also I am gundrilling water and ejector pin holes with tight tolerances to called out depths and sizes using a thru coolant spindle
- Also use FCS clamping system on smaller parts
- Run horizontal and vertical CNC milling Machines
- Set up and maintain all machines in the machining department.

- Set up ran ran 3, 4, 5 axis sinker EDM machines
- Kept tight tolerances dealing with turbine engine parts
- Worked off a fixture and used tooling balls for locating
- Set up and ran 3, 4, 5 axis CNC milling machines
- Cut cast parts down to tight tolerances for other departments
- Worked off of fixtures with designated tool changes to keep cuts and drill holes precise and clean.
