Qualifications

The Security Officer  experiences included seven years of the position of Manager On Duty. This position was basically the manager of the Hotel i worked in. The MOD would handle most of the complaints from guests and the quick resolution of these complaints. We were also the managers of the hotel and responsible for all its procedures when Department Managers were unable to handle them.
