• Determine potential donor suitability according to AATB, CDT, FDA criteria.
• Interact/assist in procurement, packaging and shipment of donated organs and tissues as well as perfuse and monitor kidneys for transplantation.
• Communicate with hospital staff and medical personnel, Funeral directors to facilitate the recovery of bone and connective tissue gifts donated by donor families.
• Mobilize a recovery team and transport team to recovery facility.
• Review hospital deaths on a monthly basis, compile both hospital and OPO reports and provide each hospital in the coverage area with a compliance audit.
• Produce a spreadsheet that demonstrates all hospital monthly compliance.
• Training of new hires of OPO policy and procedures, AATB and AORN standards.

• Selecting and compiling tests, assignments and/or online discussion exercises that permit measurement of performance relative to standardized learning objectives.
• Coordinate courseware and curriculum with academic department chair.
