Accomplishments

DJ has led the IRA team with excellence this past quarter, consistently demonstrating sn "All in to win" mindset. He remains a strong advocate for change, growth, and continuous improvement in Cotys inventory and cycle count processes.

Under DJ's leadership, the IRA team delivered strong Best-in-Class (BIC) results, significantly reducing physical inventory and downtime activities by 50%. Thanks to his efforts, the site now performs all dynamic inventory counts in a single day, cutting downtime and associated costs by an additional 50%. The total time required to execute inventory has been reduced from 4 days annually to just 2- a major step in eliminating non-value-added efforts as part of Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) goals.

He has also led impactful projects for the DC, including the management of the S&J Thailand Rework Project (Rimmel Defects), execution of Quality Function Leader Step-Up-Card (SUC) training, and the implementation of a new Layer Count Process for pallets received from Scan & Go vendors.

DJ and his team successfully assumed responsibility for the site's P2P tasks, covering all aspects of inventory control-from requisitions and receipts to good/service postings and invoice payments from operational supplies. DJ also shows an unwavering commitment to the broader operation, regularly stepping in to support various departments as needed.

Thank you DJ, for your Leadership, Flexibility, and outstanding contributions to the site!
