I am a sophomore at Oak Ridge High School, aspiring to become a lawyer. I am passionate about researching and presenting innovative ideas.
I have spent a lot of my personal time competing and participating in team and community-based activities such as Soccer, Swimming, and Beta club. These activities have taught me valuable skills such as how to communicate, the importance of hard work, and the effectiveness of being a Strong Team Leader. I excelled at my sport and extracurricular activities while maintaining all A Honor Roll for my entire school career! I have also invested in myself by developing Video and Photo Editing skills. I am adept at a wide variety of digital tools, including Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro, just to name a few.
During my high school career, I have pushed myself, taking only Honors and Advanced Placement courses. This has helped develop my critical thinking skills and challenged my ability to problem solve. These extracurricular activities have helped me earn acceptance into Vanderbilt University’s Program for Talented Youth. This program is for high school students interested in pursuing a degree in Law. I will be staying a week on campus this summer and taking an Introduction to Legal Studies course.
