Started with Davey in October 1989.. Just after Hurricane HUGO had hit the Area Hard.. Started as most on a Conventional Crew where I started climbing Trees on My First Day.. worked my way thru really Tough training then moved to a Bucket Crew to further my Training.. after some time made Foreman on a Bucket crew, then to a one man bucket Ticket crew all on Duke Power.. sent to D.I.T.S in January 1995 where I studied Arboriculture and Management skills.. returned to Duke (Lancaster ) where i continued the one man Ticket Crew till I was Promoted to GF in Charlotte January 1997
