  • Monitored waterline construction methods for Navajo Engineering and Construction Authority (NECA) and Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) including county road crossing, Horizontal Directional Bore, and waterline installations, facilities inspection and water quality testing processes.
  • Conducted in-depth analyses to recommend system upgrades for NTUA waterline system in Rock Springs, Tsayatoh, Tse Bonito, Twin Lakes, Mexican Springs, Tohatchi and Naschitti New Mexico, leading to waterline upgrades and serving over 80 homes. Oversight for upgrading the community waterline AS-built System for multiple communities of the Navajo Nation using Google Earth, and Adobe PDF Scanning.
  • Conducted thorough site assessments to identify potential waterline alignments, identifying hazards such as Archeological sites, protected species and wildlife habitat, existing utilities. Extensive knowledge of Tribal land boundaries and Right-of-way processes. ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel involved in field operations through enforcing OSHA standards and identifying hazardous road and weather conditions
  • Managed budget and funding allocation for 35 Federal and Tribal funded projects using WSTARS tracking systems. Project milestone project and scheduling using WSTARS and Microsoft AMS . Drafted multiple project summary submissions for Planning projects, scattered projects, cistern and watering point projects, failed septic, and system interties.
  • Provided hands-on training sessions for Field technicians for GeoMax Zoom10 Survey unit, Garmin GPS units,. Also provided Engineer process for Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Reach project water pipeline Right-of-way crossing,
