Accomplishments

    I started with this company as a Servers Assistant and a few weeks later I was a server. About 6 months into being with Malones, I transitioned into a Key Hourly where I found my new found passion in Management. I then took my first Salary position as Service Manager at Drakes Hamburg. A short year later I received FOH Manager of the Year! On that special trip I was promoted to Managing Partner of Drakes O'Fallon, IL. I brought the Drakes culture to a place that desperately needed love and someone to show them the Drakes way. During my time there I got to influence some great people in the best way and some even said that I "saved" them. Austin Knight still says that to this day. I also got the opportunity to travel to Chattanooga, TN and be acting MP there in their transition to naming Ryan Robinson as MP. During this time, I was developing a Manager into another MP who ended up taking over my spot in IL as I transitioned into Opening O'Fallon, MO. And that has all led me to where I am today! I have had my ups and downs, but I take the constructive criticism from my superiors in hopes to be the best version of myself! And I am hoping that I can continue to grow and develop myself in the new Corporate Chef Position on my way towards the goal of being a Market Partner for this company I call Home.
