Managed the wood flooring operations. Duties included: Meeting with builders and customers, Measuring floors, Quoting jobs, Sourcing materials, Scheduling install crews, Overseeing installation and Quality.

Also helped with the granite and tile operations when needed. Moving granite slabs with fork lift or Sky Trak, pick-up slabs from suppliers, deliver large granite pieces for the install crews and helped coordinate tile jobs.

Ran day-to-day operations of a small coating company. Made business to business sales calls, Quoted jobs, Hired employees as needed, Scheduled production in the shop, Ran parts in the shop, Invoicing, AR and AP.

Business to business sales and customer service for a variety of small to large Manufactures. Worked with engineering and purchasing agents to source and supply seals, gaskets, bearings and custom plastic and rubber parts.
