• Ship Prep Mechanical Products – Final assembly, testing, quality inspection before packaging.

• Monitor the arrival of freight; determine the man-hours and equipment necessary to move that freight on time, but in the most efficient, cost-effective manner.
• Supervise a stripping foreman, two stacking foreman, office clerk and 20 – 45 Teamsters during 12 hour shifts.

• Lead a team of 4 stacking foremen in controlling 800 - 1,000 man-hours per shift.
• Manage between 70 – 80 Teamsters on the dock for 12 hour shifts in a fast paced, intense work environment.

• Expert in the logistics of loading specific freight to destination.
• Optimized all loading decisions based on the balance of service, productivity, claims, load factor, safety and direct loading.
