Distinguished himself as an assistant to the site support maintenance chief.
• Navy and Marine Corps Achievement September 2015 PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES WHILE SERVING AS MOTOR TRANSPORT TECHNICIAN, MOTOR TRANSPORT AND UTILITIES PLATOON, DETACHMENT A REAR, MARINE WING COMMUNICATIONS SQUADRON 48, MARINE AIR CONTROL GROUP 48, 4TH MARINE AIRCRAFT WING FROM JANUARY 2015 TO JULY 2015. DURING THIS PERIOD LANCE CORPORAL SZWARC EXECUTED MULTIPLE MISSIONS THAT POSITIVELY AFFECTED THE CONTINUOUS SUPPORT OF FOUR SQUADRON COMMUNICATION OPERATIONS AND EXERCISES. HIS ACTIONS DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTED TO THE TRAINING OF THIRTEEN INCIDENTAL OPERATORS ENSURING THE SQUADRONS FUTURE MOTOR TRANSPORT CAPABILITIES IN SUPPORT OF THE MISSION.
