  • Scope included developing new Billing, Settlement and Posting platform to migrate off of existing mainframe environment
  • PPJV was a new entity created in 2019 and signed a deal with IBM modernise finance with cloud technology for the prairie Credit Unions
  • Focus was to have new platforms to meet ISO 20022 standards in preparation for Real-time Rail payments

  • This project was a 2.5MM project made of a team of 15-25 resources and utilizing offshore resourcing
  • This is a multi-phased project with numerous implementations to enable RBC legacy systems to process the new image technology and related product changes
  • The other important aspect to this project is to coordinate with various other RBC project teams to coordinate implementations and vendor management to ensure 3rd party services and applications meet new requirements
