As a sales associate my job is to figure out what’s going on with the customers vehicle and help them make a purchase that’ll take care of any problems or issues or any projects they’re trying to tackle
As a Sentricon specialist my responsibilities was to check termite stations surrounding customers properties. Showing up to each customers house I would walk around the property looking for termite stations placed in the ground and once I found the stations I would open them and check if the termites had been feeding on the bait and replace it if it had been consumed, or if the stations missing, leaving the customer a paper report of my findings.
As a detailer my job was to clean the inside and outside of cars that had been returned previously so I’d have to vacuum the vehicles , wipe down the interior, clean the windows, clean the wheels and throw out any remaining belongings people had left in the vehicle and make sure that there weren’t any cars left over at night.
As a service porter when customers come in for service I would just greet them and advise them to wait for the service advisor and they’ll get them situated. Once the advisors come back with the paper work I would park the vehicle and bring the paper work to the mechanic and whenever it would be slow I would use a forklift To remove all the old parts, tires and trash from the shop into the trash.
During my time working for OE wheels I started off as an entry level position just putting pieces of cardboard in boxes of wheels so they’ll be protected if it’s dropped while being shipped. After some time I moved up to receiving where I would unload up to 8-12 pallets, stacked with 32 wheels off a truck and stash them in the warehouse all the way up to 25 ft tall using a forklift which is where I got my certification
I started off as a busser just waiting tables picking up trash and cleaning up after customers. After being there for some time I slowly moved up the ladder to kitchen help where I would work the oven and make sure that each customer gets the right food and keep the buffet fresh and full; after that, I was promoted to shift leader where I would make the food, take customers order, and cash people out.
