I believe I have proven myself to be a dedicated individual person in and out of work. As a person I am a dedicated family man as well as a friend outside of work. Always dependable in and out of work. I have many skills and have learned many of the skills over the years. From being a disciplined soldier in the US Army as a truck driver, to even being a Technician at Walmart, working well with co-workers and customers. Same when moving over to working with Diesels with Rays Trash Service. Moving from just being a tire technician to being a Lube Tech. Conducting Preventative Maintenance on the Rays trucks daily. However when things in life happens I adapt. Like going from working on heavy Diesel trucks to working as a line cook in a steak house. I worked with other line cooks well and waiting staff. Then returning back to my home state after a few years, Rays trash welcomed me back. Then adapting to the WM ways. Since starting at WM I have been through training courses and learned a lot more. Also learning the Lead Technician role from my Lead Technician who felt I was dependable. I was always the type to volunteer to help out with things even when no one else could or wanted to. I have always been the type of individual that liked to prove to people that I can take on anything I put my mind to. I strive to always put my best foot forward and to try my hardest at anything I do. I set my mind to "I want to be the best." Even when making mistakes I own up and take responsibility and strive to correct any mistakes. If given the opportunity, I will work hard and do what is expected of me day in and day out.
