Responsibilities:
• Conducted prospective employee selection for multiple properties, including interviews, reference checking and the training and mentoring of new hires and existing managers for the Hub Area. As Hub Manager, responsible for Managing, Marketing, and Accounting of Satellite Apartment Communities. Supervision of leasing consultants, maintenance, custodial personnel, and outside vendors, for property up-keep, upgrades, and renovations, for marketability of Community Apartment Homes. As the Hub manager was responsible for the satellite properties, eight properties collect new move-ins at the properties, collections, occupancy vs vacancy percentages, and eviction status. During this time we utilized Rent Roll 2000 and Excel Spread Sheets collected and forwarded to our corporate office.
