United States Army soldier for 23 years. I was a dining facility manager, trained soliers the fundamentals of preparing foods correctly and following all healthy guidelines to make sure all foods are prepared correctly rather it's on base or in the field while soldiers where doing training. Once I retired from the army I was hired into the Veterans Administration where I was in Hemodialysis as Medial Administration Administrator where I checked patients in and out for their appointments, set up some of their transportation, Made sure their flow sheets were ready for the nurses for the next day. I keep appointments for the patients set up in the system for about a year. Filed flow sheets. I scanned insurance cards from patients. Update all the patients personal information in the system. I took calls and transferred call to back offices and I took messages. I ordered all needed office supplies. Put in Scheduled work orders for dialysis machines, bathrooms or any thing that was not working correctly in the section.
