Machine Builder , Programmer and Troubleshooter
7 Years 2 Months- I built electro mechanical machines from the ground up. the frame, power supply, I put in the circuit boards. I made all the wiring harnesses and a programmed the circuit boards . Uploaded operating system to installed hard drive. Tested and organized parts and equipment as it came in such as power, supplies, wiring, and electrical components .ran diagnostics testing when they were done. Maintained inventory. troubleshooting machines when they went down. Developed manuals and wrote them on how to build , test and program them. Kept records and read electrical schematics. Ordered parts and kept inventory records. Travel to various electronic facilities to meet with vendors and customers to collaborate technical issues , get some prototype designs made,and customer service problems.

10 Years 5 Months- I was in charge of servicing and maintaining , repairing,troubleshooting and keeping records on 6000 mechanical and electrical feeders, 30 robotic surface mounters that produced circuit boards that served 18 production lines in the electronics plant. My responsibilities included troubleshooting, investigating and repairing various types of electro-mechanical equipment heavy use of hand tools, power tools and measuring devices and software , some engineering design , multimeters , programming chips,new line setups and breakdowns,maintaining replacing parts, keeping records, developing manuals and processes.meetings with managers to solve problems across various departments such as engineering, maintenance and production. .working with other technicians to solve problems and save the company money. Mechanical , electrical work troubleshooting and computer work was a big part of my responsibilities. My primary function was to keep the production lines running efficiently while saving money by reducing waste. I did develop a machine modification that saved the company $30,000 a year and got awarded a bonus for that.
