Preload supervisor and aircraft avionics technician with an extensive background in supervision and aircraft electrical systems. Manage, plan, train, organize, and direct employees that are assigned. Work with dispatch to develop a line plan to effectively and efficiently move packages within UPS company service standards. Preform both electrical and mechanical repairs on various KC-135 aircraft while adhering to strict Air Force technical publications. Been on multiple deployments where worked long hours and in fast pace environments in middle east and also TDYed to multiple locations where had to adapt and solve problems to make sure mission success with what parts and tools had available. Exposure to technical manuals built an ability to work within checks and balances of procedural documentation and understand importance of following step by step processes. All of these qualities helped to establish a strong skillset with a resiliant work ethic and the capacity to learn new processes while functioning in a team environment to resolve complex issues
