Assisted 15 patients with personal care, such as bathing (bed bath and shower), oral hygiene, shaving, and haircare. Delivered meals and snacks, feeding 30+ patients who were unable to feed themselves and document oral intake, including supplements. Remove peripheral IV's as directed by RN. Transported patients to designated areas, such as INCU and X-Ray procedures. Assisted with urinary catheter removal, routine urine and stool specimen collection, finger stick blood sugar test, and ostomy care.
