- By hosting numerous basketball training camps for the students, I was able to showcase my ability to lead a team on and off of the basketball court. Showcasing my skills, lead to Frank Black Middle School honoring me at their sports award ceremony. I was also asked to be the guest speaker at the ceremony to motivate their athletic teams for the upcoming school year.
- By leading an effective summer training camps, over 75% of the training camp attendees was selected to play for their high school basketball teams and AAU teams.
- Because I developed data driven workouts, Ross Elementary School Cheerleading/ Dance team was able to improve their athletic performance ability and win 1st place in Kashmere High School Parade.
