- Coordinated traffic flow for military logistics and transportation operations.
- Plans and coordinates day-to-day terminal operations and traffic management/marine cargo for all cargo (import/export) through commercial and military terminal facilities throughout Area of Responsibility (AOR).

- Supports terminal operations functions encompassing reception and staging of import and export cargo, container freight station and vessel operations.
