I was brought in to start up a Verizon CORE build in El Paso TX, the project was well maintained and built and as a result the customer awarded us 3 additional contracts (NED, MARC and MARE).
While running El Paso my team and I chased new customers to diversify our market portfolio. Customers added to El Paso office under my leadership: AT&T ($7 Million), FLO Networks ($500K), Lumen ($3 Million), Bain Water Lines ($600K) and Zayo ($22 Million).
Worked diligently with my team to maintain positive invoicing so our region would run cash positive on our operations.
Starting the El Paso office in 2021 we had no employees or equipment and have grown to an office of roughly 18 employees and annual average Revenue of $20 Million and Margins of 25% to 30%.

I started as a labor and worked my way up over the years, I leaned how to perform many different operations of the OSP construction business (Directional Drilling, Excavation, Aerial, Plowing, Fiber Splicing and Etc.)
