Derek Davis

While working at Amazon I started off as a production associate and was responsible for processing packages in the correct order to ensure they got out on time. After a year I promoted to a driver trainer and was then required to schedule, train, and test all of the new delivery drivers. After some time, I then promoted to an area manager and was responsible for 57 associates and had to assign their job role for the day, ensure they maintain their assignment and monitor all metrics to assure the goal for the day was achieved.

• While working at Beechwood Acres campground I was given many responsibilities. I was responsible for splitting and delivering the fire wood, moving travel trailers, to the camp site if guest requested and fixing minor electric and plumbing issues as encountered.

• While working at Morgan's Riverside campground I work as a beach boy helping people get safely in and out of the water. Once they returned I stacked their canoes and guided them to the bus so they could return to their vehicles.
