  • QC all newly manufactured parts such all case rings, shrink rings, turbine wheels, pumps impellers etc...
  • Progressively stack rotors and balance to API standards.
  • Complete all incoming and final paperwork to be put into job packet that would be made for each customer.
  • Mobilize to field to overhaul reciprocating compressor, remove valves, clean all seats and replace valves
  • Check rod run-outs, crank end and head end clearance, reinstall wiper packing and rebuild packing cups.
