While in college I served as a Member Service Associate (MSA) at Minnesota Valley Federal Credit Union for eight months, gaining valuable experience in customer service.
Started in August 2019, during my final year of high school and in between semesters at Mankato, I worked as a Casual Customer Service Representative (CSR). During my time there, I excelled in frontline operations and earned the trust of both colleagues and customers. My responsibilities included various tasks such as handling daily transactions, managing cash buys and sells, and processing money orders and cashiers' checks. Additionally, I became proficient in maintaining Dyna cash machines and handling vault transactions, ensuring accurate balancing at all times.
