Summary

Growing up on a small farm in Iowa, the oldest of 8 children, I learned early on the value of hard work and relentless determination. My work experience in various roles from family, church, business management, sales, manufacturing and customer relations all have contributed to my development as a leader. My work and education experience is not necessarily book knowledge, but hands on learning from my successes and failures, working with others, asking questions and having a drive to succeed. With these life skills and a never satisfied mindset I believe I am an ideal candidate.
