  • Manage Clinical and non-clinical workflow process improvement; driving results from 28 to 40 patients seen per day (per Orthopedic Surgeon).

  • Casting, splinting, and wound care as indicated.
  • First assist surgeon in a wide variety of primary and revision cases including: shoulder ARCR, open shoulder procedures, shoulder ORIF, total shoulder arthroplasty (primary and reverse), elbow arthroscopy, open elbow procedures, knee arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction, MPFL recon., knee arthroplasty (primary, Oxford, and revision to TKA), ankle ORIF, Achilles repair, and wrist procedures.
  • Develop and execute monthly performance (financial & wRVU) reviews with physicians and billing department
  • Responsible for e-Clinical Works Implementation/set-up and data migration for all new providers
  • Manage the daily operations of Orthopedic Surgeon's workflow and team consisting of Medical Assistants, Scheduler, and PA-C.
  • Successfully recruit, develop, train and onboarding qualified staff members.
  • Actively maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state and Federal laws, regulations and health insurance policies.
