Project Management

Initiated planning for 2014 COMSEC network installment project in Japan—financially planned TDY costs, organized individuals to figure out cheapest way to get to Japan to perform the install, organized equipment, executed the plan set in place to fly classified equipment to Japanfollowed through to make sure equipment was retrieved and stored—met with team upon completion to discuss any issues and implement better processes.

Integrated Process Team

  • Worked extensively with Army personnel to install COMSEC network connectivity for Yama Sakura 67 located in Japan
  • Used AFSO21 to spearhead, organize and direct the use of the evaluation, management system for AFGSC/IG Office—clarified/evaluated the need for a tracking system for IG EPR/OPR/Decorations with leadership, broke down the root of the issue with leadership, set a target improvement date, root of cause was previously determined—I implemented the new EPR/OPR/Decoration process in 2011results increased AFGSC/IG routing process by 90%, process remained in place from 2011 until replaced in 2015 by Mypers.
