I have been in the test and balance industry for 20 years with Engineer Air Balance. Here are some of the thing I have done over the years.

• Trained employees in safety procedures and protocols as directed by company regulations.
• Mentored junior team members for professional growth, improving overall team performance.
• Supervised work of multiple team members, offering constructive feedback regarding work performance.
• I have test and balanced all kinds of air systems including, variable air volume air handling units, constant air volume systems, rooftop air handling units, variable air volume terminal units, series fan powered terminal units, energy recover units, fan wall air handling units, multiple air handling units they serve a common plenum, general exhaust fans, lab exhaust fans, and fume hoods. These are just a examples.
• I have test and balanced all kinds of water systems as well including chillers, boilers, heat exchangers, processed water for MRI and CT machines, chilled water coils, hot water coils, cooling towers, pumps and condenser water. These are just a few examples.
• I have worked in Hospitals at Md Anderson, Methodist, Memorial Herman, and the VA.
• I have worked in Schools K-12 for multiple school districts including, Cy Fair, Klein, Tomball, Magnolia, Spring, Houston, Memorial and Deer Park.
• I have experience with different controls including JCI, Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Automated Logic.
