· Develop and manage scope of work for remedial investigations and actions at contaminated sites, including overseeing project budgets and selecting and contracting environmental subcontractors.

· Lead and supervise junior staff and subcontractors during the execution of investigation and remediation activities for soil, groundwater, sub-slab vapor, indoor air, and sediment at small to mid-sized sites.

· Prepare and review regulatory submissions to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

· Manage all soil remediation projects, including in-situ remediation, soil disposal, hazardous waste characterization, disposal and transportation, and technical reporting.

· Trained and mentored junior staff in conducting environmental investigations, implementing remedial activities, sampling environmental media (such as soil and groundwater), understanding relevant NJDEP regulations, and preparing technical reports.

· Created written proposals and cost estimates for environmental investigation and remediation services for a range of commercial clients.

· Prepared cost to closure estimates and maintained site budgets.

· Performed desk studies, site reconnaissance, and interviews to identify potential environmental contamination on a property

· Prepared technical reports such as UST Closure/Site Investigation Reports and Remedial Investigation Reports Investigation Reports, Waste Management Plans, and Closure Reports

· Performed technical work and develop project execution strategies

· Served as liaison between clients and appropriate state agencies.

· Oversight of direct drilling, monitoring well installation, remediation systems and surveying completed by subcontractors
