In December of each year, the Cheesecake Factory acknowledges top performers on the "Broil Station," which is considered the most challenging station in the kitchen. I was honored to not only meet but exceed expectations on this station, ultimately mastering it over time. Through consistent dedication and excellence, I earned five consecutive Gold Medals and was recognized as the only female broil cook across multiple locations within the district, including Miami, Coral Gables, Dadeland Mall, Dolphin Mall, Aventura, and Lincoln Road Mall.
