I work on conveyor belts, Vfd's,big equipment,welding and fabricating. We have pm's due every week on big CAT equipment and also the conveyor belts and big gear boxes. We get power outages sometimes and our VFD's get damaged and have to wire in a new one. I have to make sure the plant stays running with no issues. Forklifts also get repaired by us and get support 90's and a support 180 with a 545 pm. Have to keep our shop nice and clean and make sure we clean up any clean ups we have or if any equipment blows a hydraulic line.

I was in-charge of doing Pm's making sure the shift ran with no issues and if anything broke to fix it on the spot. I would log in to Emaint and make sure I completed all my pm's daily. Did also work on welding and fabricating. We also did electrical work with 480v down to 220v. I would also diagnosed PLK glass mover when it would get confused or loose suction when picking up glass. I also cleaned out press plates once a week or depending when it had to be emptied. We communicated by leaving emails of the entire night and leave notes of any break downs or if something couldn't get fixed.

I was incharge of running chemicals through c&d tanks to be able to get metals out and process them. I would unload it into H&I so it can go through there and process. I would take samples down to the lab so they can check metals and make sure I can discharge them into the sewer. Also had to have a very clean area and clean up any spills in the moment.
