I am a tenured employee within LGMC health system with 17 years experience focused on improving the quality and optimization of the Surgery patients experience. As a SPD tech, I was recognized for my strong work ethics and the ability to adapt to and support change. As a results my proven ability to improve workflow and processes in surgery, I was promoted to Supply Coordinator. I believe 17 years of knowledge, experience and expertise in supplying, coordinating and understanding of sterile processing/case cart through put and regulatory requirements, makes me individual for this position.
