Performing general automotive repairs bumper to bumper.

Duties Included:

• Routine maintenance such as oil changes and periodic maintenance as required by OEM specifications

• Accurately diagnosing and inspecting vehicles as pertaining to customers concerns

• Placing orders for required parts over the phone or on the computer

• Receiving parts from various venders

• Replacing defective or worn parts and components from simple tune ups and brake repairs to replacement engines, transmissions and suspension parts

• Writing detailed reports summarizing repairs as well as listing parts replaced on vehicles

• Communicating and interacting with customers

•Performing general custodial duties around work area

Performing general maintenance and repairs on various landscaping equipment and light vehicles

Duties included:

• Diagnosing and repairing landscaping equipment such as weed eaters and hedge trimmers as well as riding mowers and light duty trucks at various locations

• Maintaining and sharpening landscaping equipment cutting blades

•Writing detailed requests and purchase orders for replacement parts or equipment

•Ordering and picking up various parts from multiple vendors for equipment repair

•Responding to emergency calls for repairs on various equipment

•Interacting with co workers at various sights

Performing general maintenance and repairing golf course maintenance equipment

Duties included:

• Routine maintenance on various equipment

• Routine sharpening of mower blades

• Repairing damaged or worn parts

• Refueling and staging equipment before operations began

• Responding to trouble calls as needed

• Custodial duties around work shop

Performing routine security patrol of Club Properties by vehicle and on foot as well as various supervisory duties

Duties included:

• Patrolling and responding to various calls on Club property

• Performing routine checks of various departments and pool areas

• Performing investigations of criminal and non criminal activities

• Reporting and logging daily activities at the end shift

• Reviewing and revising reports before being submitted

• Creating weekly work schedules for employees

• Receiving and inspecting various deliveries from outside vendors

• Attending weekly managers meetings as required
