Set up the molding machine configuration and ensure to use the correct end caps. Preheat the FRP/preform. Spray mold release, and check each cavity for contamination before loading. Adjust and check the molding temperature according to the type of rubber. Unload and clean empty cavities of contamination. Operate the end cap puller correctly and safely. Take off the flash from the completed molded parts and check visually for offset, scorch, and damage. Scan the molded parts correctly to M2M. Inspect the part and carefully stack the part.

• Operates and set up various types of machines and equipment and make appropriate adjustments to ensure quality standards and efficiency requirements are met.
• Conducts advanced troubleshooting on assigned machinery.
• Provides guidance to B & C level operators daily in order to accomplish production requirements and coordinate work flow to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Trains B and C level operators to develop self-sufficiency on all job responsibilities.
• Maintains sufficient parts supply to ensure consistent production by utilizing SAP to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machines through regular cleaning, inspection, and by making minor repairs and adjustments.
• Follows all defined safety procedures and uses good judgment to ensure safe working methods.

• Dust mop, wet mop, and damp mops spillage etc.; uses the following machines; floor strippers, scrubbers, polisher and buffer; vacuum and spot clean or shampoo carpets when assigned; washes walls, performs high dusting, and cleans tops of window casings, door frames, and other high places using a ladder and other duties as needed.

• Receive and put away inventory.
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up.
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment.
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products.
• View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure product meets quality requirements.
• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.

• Load/unload freight in a timely manner using the HMO scanner system.
• Also responsible for keeping area clean, quality control and keeping up with inventory.
