Strong research focus on Safety & Security measures in the nuclear industry. Principal focus on the National Preparedness Goal of prevention, protection, mitigation, response and recovery. Past research activities include mitigation planning for contracted nuclear transport companies (eg NAC Int'l), planning/incident recovery for the nuclear mining process (eg Uranium Mining Corp.), and recommendations for updating Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) issued by the NRC.
