• I just want to try out the membership. Can I cancel this subscription immediately? Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime. Just make sure to cancel your membership before your next renewal date or before your 30-day trial period ends to avoid being billed automatically by our system.
• How do I cancel my membership? You need to login to your membership account to cancel your subscription. Click your profile on the top right corner of the page then select 'My Subscriptions'. Click the 'Cancel Button'. (See screenshots on the next page)
• If you are having trouble with your membership cancellation, you can contact us at support@crasbangers.com and we will process your membership cancellation for you as soon as possible.
• Can I subscribe to the trial membership again? You can subscribe again but you will NOT have full trial membership access. You will be granted LIMITED trial membership access when you subscribe the second time and so on.
• I want to cancel my membership but I will be back in a few months. Is there a way to pause my subscription? You have an option to pause your membership for 3 or 6 months. Click 'Pause My Subscription' then select 3 or 6 months. If you are having trouble with pausing your membership, you can contact us at support@crasbangers.com and we will process this for you as soon as possible.
• I already cancelled/paused my membership. Why am I still being charged? If you cancelled/paused your membership AFTER your renewal date, our system will still attempt to bill you for that month's tuition fee. Please contact us at support@crasbangers.com to resolve this matter.
• There was a sound pack/bundle that came with my trial membership subscription. Where do I get it? You can get all your sounds inside your membership account. Please login using the credentials sent to your email address after your successful transaction.
• I bought a sound pack/bundle but I didn't get my download link. Your downloads should have been sent to the email address you used during your purchase. Please check ALL your inboxes including your SPAM folder in case it went there. If you're still unable to find your download link, you can contact us at support@crasbangers.com and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
• I accidentally bought the same sound pack/bundle twice! What should I do? You can get a refund or a replacement pack/bundle. Please contact us at support@crasbangers.com to request for either a refund or a replacement pack/bundle.
• I don't like the membership. How do I get a refund? We do cater refunds. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please contact us at support@crasbangers.com to request for a refund.
• Where is my refund? I still didn't receive my funds. It takes around 3 to 5 banking days for your funds to reflect in your account. We no longer have control over your funds after we process your refund successfully. Please contact your bank or your credit card company to check your refund with them.
• I've emailed you multiple times. Why didn't I receive any response? We receive emails from thousands of producers every day but we make sure to check all emails and respond to every request. We would really appreciate your patience in this matter. Rest assured, we'll get to your request as soon as we can.
• I can't log in to my account. Your login information should have been sent to the email address you used when you subscribed to the membership. Please check ALL your inboxes including your SPAM folder in case it went there. If you're still unable to find your login information or you are experiencing an error during login, please contact us at support@crasbangers.com and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
• How do I change my password? Log in to your membership account to change your password. Once you've logged in, go to 'Change Password' page under your profile on the top right corner of the page. (See screenshot below) If you're still having trouble changing your password, please contact us at support@crasbangers.com and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
