- I created estimates for needed repairs and maintenance. I dealt with warranty, customer pay, and aftermarket extended warranty companies. I inspected the repaired vehicles for quality control before returning them to the customer.
- I would contact the customers and explain the needed repairs, maintenance, and multi-point inspections. I also ordered parts, stocked parts, and put the parts on the repair orders. I made sure the cores and return parts get sent back in a timely manner.
- Trained new technicians and made sure they kept up to date on STARs training. Scheduled technicians to go classroom training.
- I completed all of my web-based Stars training classes for Service Manager, Commercial Service Manager, Service Advisor, Commercial Service Advisor, Parts Manager, Commercial Parts Manager, Parts Counter Person, Commercial Parts Counter Person, Commercial Parts Salesman, and Warranty Administrator. I was Master Certified in all of the previously mentioned courses. Would not take much to recertify now.
- I did many jobs day to day. It was difficult and a lot for one person to do, but I became very good at multitasking.
