
Employed for Chase Bank for 12 years in both call center and non call center environments. Worked entry level positions and moved up to Senior and Team Lead positions. Currently work for a credit union where I worked my way up from a entry level customer service representative and got promoted to a Senior Representative in two years of starting with the company.
Assist members over the phone with deposit accounts, loans, credit applications, online banking, both fraud, and non fraud disputes, debit, and credit card replacements, check orders, and all senior related inquires.
I assisted in managing a team of approximately 15 employees. We handled all the billing for our Lease End customers. My job duties included, pulling daily reports from portal and assigning work to the team, completing all daily reports for all specialty accounts, performing and responding to multiple mailboxes from other lines of business for billing corrections. I approved refunds, monetary transactions, as well as facilitated new hire trainings. I also assisted with quality assurance with all our letters that went out.
Processed all the billing for our full term lease accounts and all early term lease accounts.
I provided lease and options over the phone to all our lease customers. I went over all lease options such as turn in process, pre inspection process, lease to loan options and outright purchase process.
