As a Technical Auditor, I undertook the following responsibilities:
• Conducted Technical Training Audits to validate the alignment of current Technical Training Equipment, Training Devices, and Training Unique Equipment configurations with Fleet configuration, anticipated modernization initiatives, and the phasing out of equipment or systems.
• Supported the development of Training System Installation Plans (TSIP) and played a role in the development and transfer of the Training System.
• Provided design packages for electronic classroom support, offering expertise in the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and management of hardware, computer programs, courseware, systems, and technologies specific to the classroom environment.
• Implemented hardware, computer programs, courseware, systems, and technologies, monitoring progress and providing recommendations/services to expedite installation/implementation.
• Prioritized and optimized the tailoring and updates of training materials for Navy systems.
• Conducted Instructor Lead Curriculum Analysis and Design, participated in curriculum development, and created blended training solutions integrating Interactive Multimedia, such as Virtual Task Trainers (VTT), Three-Dimensional Knowledge Objects (3KO), simulations, Operations and Casualty Control Simulations (OCCS), and virtual world technologies.

• Successfully attained qualification as Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW), demonstrating proficiency in managing and overseeing the operation, troubleshooting, and repairs of main propulsion, auxiliary, and electrical systems.
• Managed and supervised a team of 76 personnel, directing their efforts in the organizational and intermediate maintenance of mechanical and electrical components, including gas turbine engines, main propulsion machinery, auxiliary equipment, and electrical support equipment.
• Ensured strict adherence to quality assurance processes, procedures, safety protocols, and testing requirements outlined in Technical Manuals, Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) documents, Electrical Safety Program, Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), and work packages during maintenance, repairs, and testing.
• Successfully planned and executed over 30 major repairs during two critical Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) sessions in preparation for a Sixth Fleet deployment.
• Designated as the Ship’s Oil King by the Commanding Officer (CO), providing accurate daily fuel usage, fuel economy, and projected fuel usage during Underway Replenishment.
• Managed the ship's lube oil program, fuel oil program, bearing records, and Marine Gas Turbine records using the WEBLOG database.
• Served as the MOB-E Warfare Coordinator, planning and executing 107 drill sets, 6 integrated team scenarios, and revising 70 drill cards. These initiatives provided training for 65 engineers, resulting in over 200 qualifications and 7 Engineering of the Watch (EOOW) qualifications. The training also led to certifications such as Light of Assessment (LOA), Aviation Certification (AVCERT), and Inspection Board of Survey (INSURV).
