My responsibilities are Orientations. making sure the clients is aware of our policies.knows the services we have available and assisting clients getting documents for housing and other resources. Entering client's data into Clarity. Administrating SPDATS and general case management. Escorting clients to housing appointments and assisting clients with locating apartments by finding listings and making cold calls.

Engage homeless persons and offer services which include a wide range of things such as ID vouchers, water, hygiene kit, temporary shelters and other referrals options. I have experience working with the LAPD HOPE TEAM. I am familiar with Clarity and I have a database of clients.
